Apple iPhone Storms the Great Wall of China

 
Apple is scheduled to release the iPhone to the China marketplace on October 31.  This key market will be a major test of iPhone's ability to drive Apples sales into the Asian community.

Apple Responds to FCC

In its formal response to the FCC, today Apple summarized their guidelines and review process for accepting apps into the iTunes App Store.  Apple claimed sole responsibility for approval criteria.   Apple noted that their guidelines respected ATT's end user Agreement and rejected any app that provided functionality that violated the ATT Agreement.  Full text of the http://www.apple.com/hotnews/apple-answers-fcc-questions/
